SaaS Metrics Hub is a free educational reference for SaaS metrics. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and show advertising that funds it.

What we collect

This site has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no comment system. We do not ask for, or store, your name, email address, or any other directly identifying information. The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser — numbers you enter are never transmitted to us or stored.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and device identifiers) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, to measure ad performance, and to prevent fraud. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads where permitted.

Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

You can decline, accept, or manage choices per purpose and per vendor, and you can change your decision at any time via the consent link that remains available on the site.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like virtually all web infrastructure, Cloudflare processes technical request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver pages, protect against attacks, and produce aggregate traffic statistics. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. Cloudflare's practices are described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for personalized advertising. Because we do not maintain accounts or store personal data ourselves, most requests are best directed through the Google controls linked above; for anything else, contact us and we will help.

Children

This site is a professional reference intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves (for example if we add analytics or new ad partners). The effective date above always reflects the latest version.
